Some might think it is uneducated or not social convention to maintain certain type of table manners or dress code, etc. Let's pretend A and B are at a restaurant that have dishes at $14.99 average. Is it okay to eat pizza or hamburger with their hands?

First, we must notice that a dinner dish that cost $14.99 is not very high ended. There is much more expensive place then that. Second, we have to ask what exactly social convention is. The majority rule. It has nothing to do with individuality. It isn't a life or death situation if I use my hands to eat pizza or eat a steak without a fork at BBQ. We don't' have to be uptight all the time, just relax a little and we would be alright.
No matter how some might think the social convention is to eat pizza with knife, if the groups they are hanging out with eat pizza with hands and they don't, it is not the groups that are not following social convention but those who insist their view of proper. And just because I eat in certain way, that doesn't sum up my character. It is shallow to judge others by their manners, dress code or choice of diction.

However, the depth of our tolerance of the indifference in others, that's show character of human. That is easygoing and good people skills. Good people skills is not just the articulate of a spoken or written language (no doubt that play an important role in communication), it is about how well people mix with others from various backgrounds that they might not be familiar with. Connections develop just as natural as the way people are.

It is impossible to chat with everyone, but we shall at least try to be open minded. Being open is not the same as being easy. It is not like we are sharing personal items. I don't think anyone would eat with left hands while they are visiting countries in Middle East just because they think that is the convention at their home or hometown.
