I believe in personal branding. Be it you are working for company or working for yourself, your personality along with your positive mindsets, will attract more customer to your business to better your results. The relationship is built: They don't see you as sale person, but a friend, a good counselor. That's, the invisible, humbling self, will win more clients than spending money on creating an authority above all. Good quality of product and service of course are very valuable and prized asset of the company. But if your employee and your consumers only see you as a business, without emotion, approachable, and dependable personify company image, success can just slip you by, because you are not reaching out to your audience.

You need to engage your audience in your co-creation process. As a coach or leader, you are co-creating reality and possibility with your crew and your target audience. That's why we need to pick a niche that we are passionate about. If we cannot show our enthusiasm and demonstrate our commitment, you cannot move others to join your team or mobilize your audience. Your business policy shall coherent to what your corporate culture that you stand behind so to eliminate confusion and frustration from your employees and potential clients. As a guru tells me, do not reinvent your wheel, if you find a good methodology.


We need to be constantly maintain an open-mind approach to new technologies, new infrastructure, new way of doing things. Often you can find those who are at the front-end, your employees and your clients provide uncanny insights to us. You might ask how can we be accepting new ideas but not reinventing the wheel?

It might not appear to you but successful established business always try to view their business via a fresh point of view, and try to recruit new blood into their business. One of the disadvantage as an experienced professional or business, is that we tend to limit ourselves to what we already familiar, and working. You might think, "Of course, you say do not reinvent the wheels"

I found that if we are not open to changes, the wheels that we setup will become obsolete. There is a different between changing a blueprint vs enhance a already working system. It is like a famous answer in classroom: it depends.

As a business analyst then, the job is to maintain open-minded to new possibilities, stay on the top of industry while find solutions that best fit and customized for the company established system. It is a judgment call of the management, and proper communicate channel and invite your workers and clients to join co-creating your company future, will strengthen your business relationship with you workers, business partners, and potential clients.


And in order to achieve that, companies have to break their traditional images of rigid hierarchy, and repackage the corporate culture to be approachable, personable, and forward thinking.

As an individual, personal branding mean to carry your best unique attitude 24/7. We all have some good attitude and mindset. Or if you find yourself lacking personal insights in what is the best way to carry yourself, your true self, try to take notes what others see in you. External reference might be helpful, but the truth is always come from within.

Put away some solitude, reflect on who you want to be, and start doing "What would our role model do". And do reflect who you are because you are unique. Everyone is a brand. Branding is not about doing things that u think u should, but wholeheartedly you change because you feel right and good about the changes. It is a process of getting to know yourself, your own boundaries, you own values, and respect and accept the way as you are. Discover what you do well and continue in doing more of those thing. Let's the changes be what you are proud of instead of being a chore.

There is a different between working on tasks we dislike because we have a definite goal that we are trying reach and that we just do the task because we think we should. The latter is action without faith. To be faithful, one would beat the odds because he or she can envision and forecast what they are doing will pay off, even now it is showing no result.

Such faith comes from within, from prayers and from God. Without faith, nothing can be done.
